La familia de aceites Jacoliva está elaborada a partir de variedades de aceitunas de la zona, fundamentalmente con manzanilla cacereña, coupages y monovarietales, según formato, y elaborada mediante procedimientos mecánicos, por la 1ª extracción en frío.
La mezcla de diferentes variedades de aceitunas hace de Jacoliva un aceite de oliva virgen extra de gran calidad, con frutados de intensidad media de aceitunas, manzana, hierba, tomate, plátano y una deliciosa combinación amarga-dulce. Muestra un limpio color amarillo, con ligeros toques verdes.
Los monovarietales se envasan en rama, sin filtración.
