HOW to shop
1To make an on-line purchase at the JACOLIVA shop, just select the items you want by clicking on the icon "Add to shopping basket" that can be seen on the file for each product.
2Once you have selected all the items you can start the shopping process by clicking on "Confirm purchase". A summary of the items selected will be displayed. Then fill in the form with your invoicing details and select a form of payment - by Credit Card, PayPal, or bank transfer.
3Once you have completed the purchase process you will receive the purchase details as confirmation of the process at the e-mail address indicated. If you do not receive this e-mail the process has not been completed correctly.
4All prices given on the site include VAT. The sale of products is restricted to the Spanish mainland, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.
5The postage and packing will be calculated according to the weight of the product and its destination. This amount will not be calculated until the client has registered and has selected a delivery address (if none is given the main address used for registration will be taken).
Forms of payment
Through our Virtual Point of Sale (POS) you can pay for your purchases by Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, or 4B. All connections will be made via a SSL3 server of 128 Mb that ensures full confidentiality and prevents any manipulation of the details provided.
PayPal, the international leader in Internet payments, allows you to pay for your purchases by credit card, Visa, or MasterCard without the need to register, or if you prefer through a bank account if you are a registered PayPal user.
If you wish you can pay for your JACOLIVA purchases by bank transfer. if you choose this option you have 4 working days to make the payment. Once you have paid for the order your purchase will be confirmed and we will proceed to send it.
Postage and Packing
The postage and packing will be calculated in accordance with the weight of the product and its destination. This amount will not be calculated until the client has registered and has selected a delivery address (if none is given the main address used for registration will be taken).
Term of delivery
The term of deliveryvaries depending on the type of transport chosen:
ENVIALIA (courier firm) 24H: You will receive your order 24 hours after Jacoliva has received proof that your order has been paid.
*In the case of payment by Paypal or by credit card, confirmation of payment is immediate, while in the case of payment by bank transfer confirmation may take several days depending on the bank from which the transfer has been paid.
ENVIALIA 72H: If your order is not urgent you can use this service which provides delivery during the three working days following payment of your order with Jacoliva.
Jacoliva sends off all its orders by 13:00 pm. If your payment was confirmed after this time, your order will be sent on the following working day.
Orders paid by the customer are always sent between 09h00 and 13h00 from Monday to Friday. If payment is confirmed on Friday at 13h30, your order will be sent on the Monday (3 days later).
Returning an item
We hope that all our customers will be fully satisfied with the items they have acquired from our website. In the case of returning an item JACOLIVA will do its best to make the process as fast and convenient as possible.
If when you receive your order it is not satisfactory, you may return it within 5 days counting from the date of reception. In the case of returns the postage and packing will not be refunded.
Likewise the collection costs will be paid by the customer (they are equivalent to the amount of the dispatch corresponding to the product type acquired and the destination).
The product returned must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Once we have received the merchandise in our warehouses and have checked its condition, its price will be refunded by the payment system the customer has used.
In any case the return of defective products and those sent in error will be accepted and JACOLIVA will pay for the postage and packaging provided that the customer notifies the situation within 1 day counting from the date the delivery has been received. JACOLIVA recommends you to check the merchandise received to ensure that everything is in order. If you receive orders in poor condition, please contact JACOLIVA to start the return process.
